Srbije is an ongoing series, which began October, 2019, I embarked on this journey during my first visit to Serbia, where I was introduced to my partners family. This narrative continues to unfold, committed to further exploration and shedding light on this beautiful Eastern European culture.

Through this series, I aim to delve into the nuanced layers of class dynamics within Serbia and its cultural fabric. From the serene village life in Kursumilja to the urban challenges encountered in the bustling city of Belgrade, including sporadic encounters with refugee camps, and the lively lives seen in the youth. Each story shows the complexities of classism within this culturally rich landscape.
